Order Processing

Orders get processed within 3-5 business days after you click buy. Might take longer during the holidays when everyone and their Jeep-owning cousin decides to order at the same time. We're not Amazon. We're just trying our best over here.

Shipping & Delivery

Once it ships, expect 3-5 business days for delivery. Could be faster if the shipping gods smile upon you. Could be slower if USPS decides your package needs a scenic tour of every distribution center between here and there.

Location matters. Shipping method matters. Mercury in retrograde? Probably matters too.

Tracking info hits your inbox when your order ships.

Then you can refresh that tracking page 47 times a day watching your package sit in the same facility for three days. We've all been there. It's a journey.

Secure Checkout

Your payment info is encrypted and secure. We're not sketchy. Your credit card details are safer here than they are at that gas station you stopped at looking for Bigfoot.

The Fine Print (But Make It Real)

Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes carriers get weird. Sometimes weather happens. Sometimes your package goes on an unplanned road trip to five states you didn't order from.

We can't control USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If we could, your package would teleport directly to your door and also bring you coffee.

We're not responsible for carrier delays, acts of nature, or your package getting lost in the void. Once it leaves our hands and goes to the shipping carrier, it's on an adventure. We're just along for the ride.
